Runners World "Never Get Hurt" Workout

Am yet to do these..still, they look useful. I could use all kinds of injury protection!

Looks great to me for core fitness. Just got back from a 20 mile ride. Shower felt good the beer I'm having feels better.

I'll try this routine out before my run (4 mile) tomorrow. Problem is for us old guys the knees and hips give out regardless of what precautions we take.

I am going to run/walk the marathon distance.It will take me only 3 years.

Hey Nads, better 3 years than never. Seriously though this routine is quite good for non-runners/walkers. Try it out. Used to be walking to Parades and stuff was fine. Only problem is now walking from your place to Parades is a lousy task fighting the crowds and traffic.
